You might even sleep 18 hours a day and still have no energy. If you don’t do something, you will be stuck in that cycle.
And trust me when I say, nobody is coming to save you.
Maybe it sounds discouraging, but literally, you’re the only one who can fix this for yourself.
But to do that, we must force ourselves; we must snap out of it.
There is this thing called momentum
If you give a light kick to a ball, it will start moving; it will roll. Same with you; you just need that jumpstart.
It may be to go out and force yourself to talk with people, or it may be to pick up those weights and start exercising.
“It is essential to continue to take that next small step forward, no matter how small it is. With each step, each decision, you build momentum and it becomes easier to continue moving forward and harder to retreat” - Dan Brodsky-Chenfeld, Above All Else
Sure, it will be hard the first time, but keep doing it every day, and there is a guarantee that you will improve.
You’re not the most socially extroverted person, so don’t try too hard; just try enough till you get that little boost out of a good conversation.
Same with weights: we don't need to overdo it; we only need to move just enough to get that boost that will make you want to move and do more.

People who usually go to the gym can tell you that they feel energized after a good workout. We need to chase that feeling, which will set things in motion.
Also, we indeed are what we eat
We also have to be very careful of what you put in your body. Our bodies are like machines, and we won’t get new ones.
So we have to be mindful and take care of them. We can’t put Coke and pizza in the body every day and expect it to run smoothly.
“I cannot remember the books I've read any more than the meals I have eaten; even so, they have made me.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Take a look at Cristiano Ronaldo. That guy treats his body like a temple.
Otherwise, he wouldn’t be able to perform so great on the field. He is currently 37 years old, plays as a forward, and is still on top of his game.

We can’t expect peak performance from our bodies if we put a lot of sugar in them every day and also load them with carbs. Forget peak performance. We will get a mediocre performance at best.
Conclusion
We have to be careful of what we put in our bodies; we have to force ourseves to move, to do things, and to interact with others so we can build momentum.
You’re the only one who can make a good change for yourself, so take as much control as you can to do what you’re supposed to do.
Cheers!
